How To Get Pull Back On Your Ribs
To get that classic rib pullback, cook your ribs to an internal temp of 155–160°F before wrapping. Make sure the bark is set first. During the wrap, the meat will steam and pull back slightly from the bones.
For best results, cook at 225–250°F. But remember—pullback isn’t the only sign of great ribs. Always cook to tenderness for the best flavor and texture!
